Feeding my dogs a raw diet wasn’t just a decision—it was a calling. I had witnessed too many unexplained skin issues, energy dips, and chronic health concerns in dogs who were otherwise well cared for. And when I started researching what dogs were truly built to eat, everything shifted.

Raw feeding doesn’t have to be extreme, and it certainly isn’t about perfection. It’s about returning to the basics: feeding our dogs as the animals they are, not the products of an industry. When I started feeding raw, I saw my dogs come alive—shinier coats, cleaner teeth, fewer vet visits, and a kind of vitality that food alone shouldn’t be able to spark . . . but did.

This post is for anyone curious, confused, or quietly drawn to this path. It’s not a how-to (yet), but a why. My why. And it begins with love.

If you're considering a raw diet for your dog and would like to hear more about my experience, I’m happy to share what I’ve learned. Reach out anytime or stay tuned for more blog posts on this topic.
